Lure of the Temptress is the first point and click graphic adventure game by Revolution Software. The game follows a young peasant named Diermot who must escape prison, rid the kingdom of Turnvale from the Skorl invaders, and defeat the cruel temptress Selena.
Legal Status[]
On April 1, 2003, the creators and copyright holders of Lure of the Temptress, Revolution Software, released the DOS version of the game as freeware. The source code was lost, so unlike Beneath a Steel Sky, the game had to be reverse engineered in order to be included in ScummVM. ScummVM officially supported Lure of the Temptress on January 15, 2007. The game can be downloaded from the ScummVM Downloads page.
DC Evolution Compilation[]
On February 1, 2017, DC Evolution released a compilation that included Lure of the Temptress and ScummVM on one disc image.
